Delta Diesel Parts (DDP) Warranty Commitment
Delta Diesel Parts (DDP) guarantees that all new replacement parts are free from material and manufacturing defects under normal use and service. Our warranty coverage spans twelve (12) months from the date of installation, irrespective of engine hours or mileage.
Warranty Coverage
In case of a valid warranty claim, DDP will replace the defective part free of charge or credit your account, including domestic ground shipping costs. Please note that labor costs, expedited shipping, and international freight charges are not covered under this warranty.
Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, customers must notify DDP in writing prior to submitting the claim. DDP reserves the right to inspect the part or engine related to the claim. Additionally, the purchasing customer's account must be up-to-date; delinquent accounts need to be settled before a claim can be processed.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not apply to parts that have been:
- Modified from their original specifications
- Misused or subjected to improper handling
- Exposed to adverse weather conditions
- Damaged due to negligence or accidents
Warranty Eligibility
Our warranty is exclusively offered to direct customers of DDP and constitutes the sole obligation of DDP. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded.

Any use of manufacturers' names, numbers, symbols, or descriptions is for reference purposes only and does not imply that any listed part is a product of these manufacturers.

DDP reserves the right to revise or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website.
